Green Careers Week is a fantastic new initiative launched in 2022.

This year, Green Careers Week will take place between 6th and 11th November to provide young people with an insight into careers that specifically protect the environment and will help the UK achieve its pledge of reaching Net Zero by 2050.

We can't wait to get on board with Green Careers Week this year!

Our students will have  designated tutor time Green Careers Week activities specifically aimed to enable our students to get a better understanding of what Green Jobs are, what the Green Economy is and what skills are most beneficial to a Green Career.

Students timetabled PSHE lesson during Green Careers Week will be targetting the link between careers and the climate, students in Years 12 and 13 will be researching further into degrees, masters and apprenticeships in sustainability, environmental science and other green futures.
