Mr Paul Carroll - Chair

I have an interest in most aspects of school life and sit on a number of committees, chairing the Resources Committee. I am also a Governor at a Catholic School in Hackney. I have also been a Parent Governor at St Ignatius College in Enfield. I am married with three sons and two granddaughters. I am a Rugby referee employed by the RFU to officiate at National League level and a Cricket Umpire on the Hertfordshire County Panel. I am a retired Police Officer and I have worked in a number of youth projects since 1980 and currently advise the young people of the St John Ambulance undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh Award within the M25, and a Cadet Vocational Qualification which is a level 2 Btec in Teamwork, Leadership and Personal Development in the Community. I am a Catenian and a member of the Parish Community of St Theresa of Lisieux in Stansted Mountfitchet.

I have extensive experience in investment banking and now the pharmaceutical sector. I have previously been a Governor in two primary schools.

I am a qualified accountant, now at the final stages of my Chartered examinations with CIPS. I currently work in construction as Group Procurement Manager for one of the largest Drylining and Facades companies in London. My son attends school at St Mary’s.
Dr Michael Cullinan

University lecturer (now retired apart from interest in Ph.D. supervision for students carrying out research in area of Artificial Neural Networks).
Lecturing was predominately in postgraduate area of microelectronics and I.C. technology.
Ph.D. thesis was associated with the modelling of floating gate M.O.S. transistors.
Numerous electronic projects over university career.
Mrs Tina Lincoln

Appointed parent governor of St Mary's School and am currently one of the school's Admissions governors. I currently work in an independent school, and previously worked for almost ten years in an international school overseas.
I have three children, with one currently at St Mary's and taking exams this year. I enjoy running and have recently joined a local netball team.

My background is in policing with experience of the statutory supervision of certain categories of offender in the community, a role I performed for the last ten years of my service. Information sharing with other statutory services including probation and forensic mental health services was key to effective risk management. I retired in 2014.
These days my main interests lie in gardens and travel.
Mrs Elaine Sullivan Qosja

My background is International Human Resources Management, I have worked for three (Ernst and Young, Deloitte and Touche, KPMG) of the Big Four Consulting Firms and held two expatriate posts in the Middle East and Russia. I transferred to the Humanitarian sector with Save the Children covering Emergency Response, my region was East and Central Africa. I hold an MA in Human Resource Management and am a Corporate Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. My latest sport is 'wild water swimming' when I am not being a taxi driver to my two children who are in year 11.

I am a former teacher at St Marys and a current parent. I am a Project Manager in Infrastructure projects. I am actively involved in the life of our church community in Bishops Stortford.
