Our Student Hub is in A block.  Please use it for the following services:

Attendance

• Pupils signing in late, signing out for appointments
• Collect Leave of Absence forms 

Pastoral

• Pastoral mentoring and meetings. Mrs McGorrell is based in "T" Block

First Aid

• Any pupils requiring First Aid/Medical needs should go to the Hub once authorised by Mrs Tatman or Miss McHugh 

Lost Property

• All lost property including high value belongings are kept in the Hub Reception e.g. Glasses, Mobile Phones, Laptops, Purses, Keys, PE kit, bags, coats, school uniform.

Uniform

• Spare uniform can be found here. Please see Mrs Swyers.

Pupil Timetable:

• Pupil Timetables will be issued at the request or the Student or these can be obtained from the Library. 

 

Main Reception (K Block)

Visitors

• All parents and visitors must report to the Main Reception.

Student Items from Home (Medical /Lunch /Glasses) Only:

• These will be brought to the Main Reception.

Staff Request to see Pupils

• Reception Staff identify and locate Student for teaching staff if required.
