Fosters Schoolwear Coronavirus Parent Update

Online Orders: Fosters schoolwear have put two videos together to help parents/guardians understand how to measure their children for school uniform and sports clothing. Please find below the link to our website for you to be able to watch the videos. Hopefully this will support you in ordering your children’s uniform now online rather than waiting for the shop to reopen.

Click and Collect Orders: The collection point will still be located at the blue door. Parents please press the sliver collection buzzer where a member of the team will ask for the name of the order, the name of the school and the order number. The member of staff will then bring the order to the collection point and hand the order over. Fosters will sign all collections on parents behalf taking the name of the collector, the date and time to avoid any errors.

Returns & Exchanges: In light of the current pandemic we have changed how orders can be returned to our shop. Although our returns policy is unchanged whereby returns must be returned within 28 days in their original condition, packaging and tags included (full returns policy and procedures can be found by clicking the link below:

 https://www.fostersschoolwear.co.uk/returns/)

Parents can no longer be taken into our shop. As from Monday 8th June, all returns will be dropped at the collection point in a sealed bag accompanied with a returns form filled out. This can be downloaded by using the same link relating to our returns procedure. At the time of drop off, please press the silver buzzer and explain to a member of the team that you have a return you would like to drop off.

Unfortunately due to the current pandemic and social distance guidelines, we are unable to process a return whilst you wait, this will be processed by the internet team as promptly as possible.

We’d like to thank you for your continued support and understanding in this challenging time for us all.
