Our annual Year 11 Mock Interview Day took place on Thursday 7th December 2023.

19 external interviewers kindly donated a day of their time to come into school and interview our students. These mock interviews prove to be essential in getting young adults prepared for their next steps and ready for sixth form / college interviews and future job interviews.

The interviewers were given a list of suggested questions to ask the students, focusing mostly on their CV and recognising their skills. At the end of the interview, the interviewers completed a feedback form for each student and every student completed a feedback form. Interviewers gave an overall score to the student:

Students were personally emailed their feedback and colour score.
