Applications for Entry into Year 7 in 2019

The deadline for applications has now passed.

Year 7 space allocations will be sent directly to applicants on Friday 1st March. After this date, successful applicants will receive a welcome letter and further information from the school.

Unsuccessful applicants will be given information on how to join the school’s Continuing Interest List and how to appeal against the decision not to offer a school space.

We are looking forward to getting to know you and welcoming you to St Mary’s.

Notify us of a change of address and for that address to be taken into account for allocation day.

In Year Applications

An “In Year Admission” is when an admission falls outside the main intake to the school in the Autumn Term. There are times during the academic year, when a student might leave the school because the family moves away. If this student’s year group is not already over-subscribed at such a time, a place could be freed up by the move and this would be offered to the to the next person on the waiting list.

Appeals:

You have the right to appeal to an Appeal Committee against the decision not to offer a place at this school. This Committee is independent of the school. The Committee will consider your case to see if the particular circumstances of your case are sufficiently exceptional to override the consideration of the school. To appeal you will need to log on to your online schools admissions account and complete an appeal form.

Using the Minus Button in the bottom right corner of the screen Zoom Out

You will then see your Address Button in relation to the boundary information

If you fall outside the boundary, consider if you may live within a different boundary. i.e. Cheshunt could by Waltham Cross
